Beta Notice: Thereos is currently in beta. These terms apply to beta participants. Final terms will be provided before general availability.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thereos platform ("Platform") operated by Thereos ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Thereos Is

Thereos is a coordination platform for hospitality logistics. We connect properties (hotels, villas) with vendors (transfer companies) and help coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transfers.

Important: Thereos does not provide transportation services. All transfers are provided by independent vendors. We are a coordination layer only.

3. Beta Program

During the beta period:

The Platform is provided free of charge
Features may change without notice
We may limit or terminate access at any time
Service availability is not guaranteed

Future pricing will be communicated before beta ends. Beta users will receive advance notice of any paid plans.

4. Your Responsibilities

All users agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to access others' accounts or data

Properties agree to:

Provide accurate guest and booking information
Have appropriate consent to share guest data
Respond to vendor communications promptly

Vendors agree to:

Maintain required licenses and insurance
Provide services professionally and safely
Respond to transfer requests in a timely manner

5. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

THEREOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Transportation services provided by vendors
Disputes between properties, vendors, or guests
Platform downtime or data loss
Indirect or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Thereos. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason during the beta period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Athens, Greece.
